Description
All the great features of the standard terracotta clay but this one contains 10% grog.
This gives the clay more structural strength and is more suited to those wanting to use the clay for hand building.
The iron oxides in terracotta clay will stain so protect clothes and surfaces.
Keep to the lower end of the firing range to achieve terracotta colours and the higher end for a brown body clay.
Firing range 1060°C-1160°C.
