Description
The development and application of new industrial enzymes is a major growth area in biotechnology. The use of micro-organisms which secrete large quantities of enzymes has in most cases replaced the more expensive traditional sources. This kit gives students a fascinating insight into the use of enzymes by industry.
Please note that none of our enzyme kits are to be considered as being of Food Grade Standard. They are only suitable for use in education.

Sufficient materials for 15 students/student groups, plus sufficient material to demonstrate pectinase in fruit juice production.
